Job summary

The CPS Store is seeking a meticulous Remote Data Analyst to uncover trends and translate data into actionable insights. This full-time, remote role is based in Texas City, Texas, United States, offering a competitive hourly wage of $25 - $58 USD, commensurate with experience.

As a Data Analyst, you will interpret data from sales, website analytics, and customer feedback; develop databases and analytics strategies; and create dashboards to track KPIs across departments.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of reporting packages and databases (SQL, etc.).
• Proficiency in statistics with experience using statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
• Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI/Google Data Studio).
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, CS, Information Management, or Statistics.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques, and providing reports.
• Developing databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies.
• Creating dashboards and reports to track KPIs for sales, marketing, and product.
• Analysing customer behaviour to support marketing optimisation and UX on the e-commerce platform.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Presenting findings to stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all reports.
