As a Data Analyst, you will interpret data from sales, website analytics, and customer feedback; develop databases and analytics strategies; and create dashboards to track KPIs across departments.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of reporting packages and databases (SQL, etc.).
• Proficiency in statistics with experience using statistical packages (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
• Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI/Google Data Studio).
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, CS, Information Management, or Statistics.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collecting and interpreting data from various sources, including sales, website analytics, and customer feedback, to identify patterns and trends.
• Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality.
• Creating and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, marketing, and product performance.
• Analysing customer behaviour and purchasing patterns to support marketing campaign optimisation and enhance the user experience on our e-commerce platform.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Presenting clear and concise findings to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all company reporting.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages and databases (SQL, etc.).

• Advanced skills in data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complex information to a non-technical audience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
