Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience analyzing and modeling large datasets.
• Strong SQL across multiple joined datasets.
• Proven experience developing dashboards and reports.
• Define requirements and use data/metrics to drive insights.
• Experience with Tableau, Cognos, or QuickSight.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work across cross‑functional teams and leadership levels.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to develop BI strategies.
• Lead BI project workstreams from concept through implementation.
• Generate actionable insights from key metrics across functions.
• Perform end‑to‑end data analysis to identify root causes.
• Develop performance monitoring and reporting mechanisms.
• Support cost/benefit analyses and document data requirements.
• Contribute to data marts and enterprise data models.
• Build and maintain documentation for self‑service reporting.
• Conduct user validation testing of datasets and reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
