Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data reporting, data operations, or a related role.
• Some experience with SQL and an interest in developing stronger proficiency with relational databases.
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Amazon Quicksight, or similar platforms.
• Interest in learning data orchestration, data governance, metadata, ETL/ELT concepts, or data warehouse practices.
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, accuracy, and quality.
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn new data and BI tools, platforms, and models.

Responsibilities

• Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Analysis: Support the maintenance and improvement of interactive reporting products using Tableau.
• Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Analysis: Support the evaluation and usage of additional BI platforms like Amazon Quick Sight, Power BI, and other emerging tools.
• Data Development and Execution: Assist with analysis of marketing strategy and program performance using reporting tools and ad hoc data exploration, including the design and development of data visualizations to communicate insights and inform strategy
• Data Development and Execution: Help validate data integrity and accuracy of results to maintain trust in data and reporting products.
• Data Accessibility and Literacy: Gather feedback from internal teams and external clients to help identify opportunities to improve reporting products and user experience.
