Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Data Analyst on a 6 Month Contract with potential for extension. The role is remote within the United States, offering competitive pay and benefits. You will analyze data, validate results, and support ETL processes in a production cloud environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive SQL experience (SSIS/SSRS), familiarity with Medicaid data workflows, and strong communication skills to partner with stakeholders in healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• Provider Data Automation specifically as their primary recent role.
• Deep hands-on SSIS/SSRS in the most recent positions.
• Detailed Active Batch administration/configuration.
• Medicaid Provider Registration / Network Adequacy / Credentialing project experience.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of statistical or data analysis experience preferred.
• 5+ years of underwriting analysis or 6+ years in data analytics / data warehousing / ETL.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and data processing.
• Develop and work with advanced SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server / SQL Developer.
• Perform data manipulation and data mining.
• Conduct data validation, quality assurance testing, and troubleshooting of system issues.
• Work with scheduling tools such as ActiveBatch and Control-M.
• Support ETL processes and data quality initiatives.
• Work within a production cloud infrastructure.
• Utilize programming/data technologies such as Python, Java, C#, and SQL.
• Work with provider data and support provider data management initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to identify issues, analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.00/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities;

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of statistical or data analysis experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree related field or equivalent experience. 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience or 3+ years of HEDIS data analysis experience including measurement and rates impacted.
• Bachelor’s degree’s related field or equivalent experience. 6+ years of statistical analysis or 3+ years of related IT experience, including data warehouse, coding or ETL experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation. Encounters experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in underwriting analysis (preferred in pharmacy or medical field), or 6+ years of experience in data analysis, or financial reporting/auditing, data warehouse, coding, or predictive analytics.
