Pay Range: $70 - $72/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills: ETL, IBM DataStage, and SQL
• Demonstrate 5–8+ years of DataStage experience, proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and job scheduling tools like Autosys or Control‑M.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust ETL solutions using IBM InfoSphere DataStage (v11.x or higher) for banking, risk management, and regulatory reporting, moving high-volume data to data warehouses and data lakes.
• Create complex DataStage jobs, including Parallel, Server, and Sequence jobs to extract, transform, and load data from source systems.
• Optimize, troubleshoot, and tune existing ETL jobs for performance and scalability in high-volume environments.
• Write complex SQL, PL/SQL, or DB2 scripts for data manipulation, validation, and querying across relational databases like Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server.
• Develop Unix Shell scripts for ETL automation, scheduling, and task management.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical ETL specifications.
• Provide production support by monitoring daily ETL job executions, troubleshooting failures, and conducting root cause analysis.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and system architecture.
• Lead junior or offshore developers through guidance, code reviews, and enforcement of ETL best practices.
