Job summary

Oregon Lottery is seeking a Data Analyst 2 to join the IT Governance team in a remote role. The candidate will analyze data, gather requirements, and partner with business and technical teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include managing data metadata, championing quality, and coordinating testing and release activities to improve data governance and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience supporting business systems, enterprise applications, technology solutions, data analysis, integrations, or related business processes; OR six (6) years of progressively responsible experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support enterprise business systems to support operational and business needs.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements for system enhancements and improvements.
• Coordinate testing activities and support business acceptance readiness.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation and user guides.
• Monitor system performance and identify operational issues for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
