Salas O’Brien is seeking a Data & AI Product Manager to shape strategy, roadmap, and requirements for a data-centric product with enterprise impact. You will collaborate with an engineering pod, guide priorities, and support adoption to drive measurable value.

You will move between strategy and execution, writing requirements, leading demos, and communicating progress to leadership and governance groups. This is a hands-on leadership role in a remote US context.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in product ownership or product management, including data, analytics, or AI products delivered to production.
• Experience creating clear backlogs, requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering and business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Shape the product vision and roadmap, balancing current business needs with platform capabilities.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog and write clear requirements for engineering teams.
• Define success measures and report adoption, value, and product performance.
