Job summary

This remote role requires occasional in-person meetings and involves delivering technical support aligned to sales targets, developing customer training, and managing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has a PhD in Dairy Nutrition or a DVM with expertise in the field, along with at least five years of experience in technical support related to dairy production.

Qualifications

• PhD in Dairy Nutrition or a DVM with strong training/experience in dairy nutrition.
• Minimum of five years industry or university experience in technical support.
• Previous product development experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support aligned to defined sales targets.
• Provide on-farm customer support as coordinated by the sales organization.
• Develop and conduct product/offering on-farm demonstration trials.
