Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize upstream dairy operations, focusing on blending, standardization, heat treatment, filtration and sanitation. This role is 100% remote with travel up to 35-50% in the US.

You will lead projects, mentor engineers, drive process capability and partner across Operations, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Supply Chain to ensure safe, cost-effective production of dairy products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Masters is a plus.
• 10+ years experience in aseptic processing, heat treatment, and dairy operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for upstream dairy processes (blending, standardization, heat treatment, filtration, sanitation).
• Lead process engineering strategies optimizing line capability, capacity and efficiency.
• Mentor and train process engineers in fluid processing tools and safety culture.
