Job summary

Mizkan America, Inc. is seeking a D365 F&O Solutions Architect to lead design, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization across Finance, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain. The role is remote-capable and partners with business leaders to deliver scalable, secure D365 solutions.

You will mentor IT teams, drive continuous improvement, and leverage Power Platform and Azure capabilities to maximize business value across Mizkan's manufacturing and distribution footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience across both functional and technical disciplines, including enterprise application delivery, solution design, configuration, integration, and support.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX, including solution architecture or senior functional/technical leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary D365 F&O solution architect across Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and more.
• Apply deep functional and technical D365 F&O expertise to design, configure, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead integrations, reporting, data migration, security roles, and extensions across platforms including Power Platform and Azure.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable solutions with business value.
• Mentor IT teams and guide business partners in D365 adoption and best practices.
• Provide day-to-day support for production issues and post-go-live stabilization.
