Job summary

UNIFY Dots, a global technology company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365, is seeking a Solutions Architect - D365 ERP to lead end‑to‑end D365 Finance and Operations implementations. You will run client workshops, map data, design configurations, and oversee testing, training, cutover, and post‑go live support.

A Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years in D365/AX projects are required; knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning; English proficiency; CPA/CA a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 8+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and AX2012R3.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning.
• Conversational English.
• CPA/CA certification would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Project Operations projects, including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.
• Manage client engagements and run client workshops to define business requirements for D365 implementation.
• Ensure requirements are captured in BRDs/FRDs/User Stories and tracked in Azure DevOps.
• Lead Conference Room Pilots to showcase the D365 solution to clients.
• Create design documents and perform data mapping/import into D365 using data entities.
• Oversee data migration, data mapping, and integration mapping with other systems.
• Ensure comprehensive test scenarios and oversee D365 configuration for Finance/Project Operations.
• Provide leadership for testing (functional/integration/automation) and post go-live support.
