Job summary

Sikich is seeking a Senior D365 F&O Technical Support Consultant for a fully remote role in the United States. You will work with Enterprise ERP clients, handling deployments, data migration, and development tasks across the project lifecycle.

You will leverage X++ development, Power Platform tools, and Azure DevOps to deliver robust solutions, while maintaining client relations and strong documentation practices. Join a team focused on growth and impactful client outcomes.

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent).
10+ years experience developing with X++.
7+ years experience deploying software implementations.

Responsibilities

Work as part of teams on Enterprise ERP clients.
Handle all technical tasks required of support clients, including system deployment & maintenance; data migration; enhancement design and development; code reviews, builds and deployments; integration design, development and management; user training.
Execute technical tasks required to support the client, Support management and functional team.
Demonstrate client relation skills, organization, & prioritization capabilities.
Assist with Data Conversion activities, Development work created by others, and client D365 F&O environments.
Excellent writing & documentation skills for design specifications & end-user documents.
Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC), Azure DevOps, Azure platform & standard tools to deliver project work.
