Job summary

Sikich LLP in the United States is seeking a D365 F&O Senior Technical Support Consultant to join our remote delivery team. You will collaborate with Enterprise ERP clients, tackle complex deployment tasks, and ensure seamless data migration and integration, using Azure DevOps and Power Platform tools.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years' X++ development experience, 7+ years deploying ERP solutions, and prior consultancy exposure.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years experience developing with X++.
• 7+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments.
• Previous experience as Developer related to an ERP system.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Life Cycle Services.
• Experience with Azure platform for integration.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Excellent client relation skills, organization, & prioritization capabilities.
• Prior experience working at a Consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of teams on Enterprise ERP clients.
• Responsibility for all technical tasks required of support clients, including system deployment & maintenance; data migration; enhancement design and development; code reviews, builds and deployments; integration design, development and management; user training.
• Execute technical tasks required to support the client, Support management and functional team.
• Assist with Data Conversion activities, Development work created by others, and client D365 F&O environments.
• Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC), Azure DevOps, Azure platform & standard tools to deliver project work.
• Position is remote.
