Job summary

Apollo Information Systems, Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to own the portfolio of Cybersecurity Services for the State of Texas.

This hands-on, customer-facing leadership role oversees multiple engagements, ensuring on-time delivery, first-submission acceptance, and clean financials under a single prime relationship. You will liaise with Apollo leadership, SAIC, DIR, and customer stakeholders, manage budgets, and maintain schedules.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience in cybersecurity, IT managed services, or technology consulting.
• Experience delivering under government contracts, including reporting and audits.
• Ownership of program budgets, forecasting, spend tracking, invoicing, and margin reporting.
• Ability to manage prime contractor or channel partner relationships and governance.
• Familiarity with Professional Services Automation platforms and MS 365 tools.
• Excellent written communication and facilitation.
• Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
• Must be able to pass CJIS background checks and security requirements.
• Based in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery lifecycle for concurrent engagements under the DIR MSS contract.
• Maintain program and project plans, milestones, and RAID logs.
• Manage full-service request and task order lifecycle from intake to closeout.
• Serve as primary liaison among Apollo leadership, customers, and delivery teams.
• Set communications and escalation cadence for each engagement.
• Own program budget across projects, including forecast and margin reporting.
• Identify cross-project risks and issues threatening objectives.
• Support CJIS program reporting and compliance.
