Qualifications

• 2–3 years of PR or communications experience in an agency setting
• Experience working with clients in the cybersecurity industry
• Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats
• A developing network of media contacts or interest in building relationships in the cybersecurity space
• Ability to translate complex, technical concepts into relatable stories
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Familiarity with analytics or media tracking tools (a plus)
• A curious, proactive, and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Program Support: support day-to-day execution of cybersecurity PR programs, including media relations, analyst engagement, speaking, and content; participate in weekly client calls and help prepare agendas, updates, and coverage reports; keep projects organized and on schedule by managing timelines, deliverables, and internal communications; conduct research on emerging threats, competitors, and regulations to inform storytelling and thought leadership; contribute ideas for quarterly campaign planning and proactive media opportunities.
