Job summary

Stage 4 Solutions Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for its cybersecurity program, with a remote US-based role. You will lead complex internal initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met while coordinating across corporate teams and vendors.

This is a 7-month contract (40 hours per week) as a W2 employee. Health benefits and 401K are provided, with opportunities to impact security projects at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in senior project/program management roles or similar positions.
• In depth knowledge of key Services operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management.
• Recognized authority and mastery in relevant subject matter knowledge (technologies, theories, or techniques).
• Proven ability to operate successfully in complex disciplines critical to organizational success.
• Bachelor's degree is required

Responsibilities

• Lead internal projects to meet scope, time, budget and quality.
• Plan, control, and manage project execution across concurrent initiatives.
• Manage corporate and third-party vendor efforts to design, build, and implement solutions.
• Provide innovative solutions and contribute to new principles and ideas.
• Prioritize work, mitigate risks, and drive deliverables to completion.
• Identify issues and dependencies, ensuring visibility and management support.
• Participate in cross-division teams to align objectives and resolve challenges.
