Job summary

mSupply is seeking an IT Security Analyst to monitor the cybersecurity environment, review alerts, and assist with investigations and remediation. The role collaborates with the Cybersecurity team, IT Operations, and managed security providers to maintain security tools and processes.

The position emphasizes routine administration, escalation of higher-risk events, and participation in security projects and awareness activities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or equivalent.
• 2–3+ years in information technology or cybersecurity, including security operations or IT support.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, identity security, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and incidents using SIEM, EDR/XDR, identity, email, and cloud platforms.
• Support investigations, remediation tracking, and incident response activities.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation and security assessments.
• Maintain security tool administration, dashboards, and documentation.
• Work with SOC/MDR providers and internal teams to resolve alerts.
• Document findings and communicate status and risks to teammates.
