Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to safeguard our U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Latin American operations. You will help protect our information systems, manufacturing environments, cloud services, networks, endpoints, and data assets from evolving threats.

You will collaborate with Corporate IT, Plant IT, and vendors to implement security controls, monitor incidents, and drive continuous improvement of security posture across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years in cybersecurity or security engineering roles.
• Experience with enterprise IT environments, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience with Defender/Entra/Azure or similar tools and SIEMs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and coordinate remediation.
• Assist with vulnerability management and incident response activities.
• Support identity, endpoint, data protection, and cloud security controls.
• Collaborate with IT, OT, and business teams to strengthen security posture.
