Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering or CS or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive network engineering experience.
• Experience supporting OT, industrial, or manufacturing networks.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and secure design.
• Ability to collaborate across IT and plant teams.
• Experience in high-availability environments and operational support.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite OT network engineer for initiatives.
• Lead deployment and adoption of OT network infrastructure.
• Design and implement secure, resilient networks for industrial environments.
• Ensure OT cybersecurity requirements, IDMZ, and access controls.
• Provide escalation support and coordinate with vendors.
• Mentor local IT support and operational staff on OT networking.
• Contribute to project planning, cutovers, and readiness.
• Translate business and production needs into network solutions.
