Job summary

Toyota Tsusho Systems US, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sr. OT Network Engineer to join our System Solution team onsite. The role focuses on OT and enterprise networking in manufacturing settings, delivering secure, resilient architectures with zero unplanned downtime.

The candidate should bring 10+ years of experience, strong collaboration skills across IT and plant teams, and ability to mentor others on OT networking fundamentals. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive network engineering experience.
• Experience supporting OT/industrial or manufacturing networks.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and secure design.
• Ability to collaborate across IT and plant teams.
• Experience troubleshooting complex network issues in high-availability environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to support deployments, cutovers, and operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite network engineer for OT-related initiatives.
• Lead deployment and adoption of OT network infrastructure.
• Design and implement secure, resilient network architectures for industrial environments.
• Incorporate OT cybersecurity requirements including segmentation and IDMZ.
• Provide escalation support for network incidents with internal teams and vendors.
• Assist with network standards, implementation practices, and documentation.
• Mentor local IT support and operational staff on OT networking fundamentals.
• Contribute to project planning, cutovers, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and production needs into network solutions.
