Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related STEM field.
• Familiarity with SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, vulnerability management and incident response.
• Basic understanding of cloud security across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, MFA, and access control.
• Understanding of NIST, CIS, ISO 27001 frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security events, alerts, and incidents using SIEM platforms.
• Analyze security logs and identify suspicious activity.
• Assist with incident detection, investigation, and response.
• Perform vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking.
• Support endpoint security and threat protection activities.
• Assist with cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Develop security reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.
