New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States–based role. You will lead multi-framework initiatives (NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001) and provide vCISO guidance, audits, and executive risk reporting.

You will mentor the security team, manage third‑party risk, and align security programs with client goals while supporting AI governance and policy development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Experience with NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001.
• Proven ability to lead audits, evidence management, and risk assessments.
• Strong client-facing communication and executive stakeholder advisory.
• Experience in MSP/MSSP or consulting with vCISO capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk management, and advisory services.
• Coordinate multi-framework audits, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance processes across engagements.
• Guide AI governance, policies, and emerging security risks for clients.
• Coach Security & Compliance Analysts as the team scales.
