Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States–based role. You will lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk initiatives, and vCISO advisory services for clients, across frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate risks into actionable plans, oversee evidence management, and drive continuous compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 8+ years in information technology, cybersecurity, governance, risk, or regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks.
• Coordinate risk assessments and remediation tracking for clients.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Provide vCISO advisory services and executive risk reporting.
• Guide client environments to satisfy regulatory and contractual requirements.
