New Charter Technologies, LLC seeks a remote-based Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager in the United States to lead multi-framework compliance programs, risk management initiatives, and vCISO advisory services for clients.

In this role you will collaborate with clients and executive leadership to strengthen security programs, oversee audits, and drive remediation and ongoing compliance across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, information security governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
Active CISSP certification in good standing.
Strong working knowledge of NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001, with audits and evidence management.
Experience with audits, evidence management, and compliance assessments.
Strong client-facing communication and advisory with executive stakeholders.
Experience across Windows, macOS, cloud, networking, and identity environments.

Responsabilités

Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001.
Oversee ris k assessments, third‑party risk, and vendor due diligence.
Provide vCISO advisory services, including security strategy and executive reporting.
Guide AI governance, data protection, and emerging security risks for clients.
