Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to design and advance security across cloud, infrastructure, applications, and data environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of information security experience.
• At least 2 years in cybersecurity/security architecture.
• Experience securing cloud, application, infrastructure, and data environments.
• Experience with threat modeling, architectural reviews, and risk assessments.
• Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST CSF).

Responsibilities

• Design and review security architectures for cloud, infrastructure, applications, identity, network, and data.
• Develop threat models and identify attack surfaces and mitigations.
• Participate in architecture/design reviews and provide security guidance.
• Contribute to the cybersecurity architecture roadmap and evaluate new tech.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on security architecture for teams.
• Promote zero-trust, least-privilege, and defense-in-depth across systems.
• Mentor engineers on secure design practices and standards.
• Translate regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST CSF) into architecture controls.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and GRC teams on policy alignment.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop remediation plans for leadership.
• Act as liaison among cybersecurity, infra, app development, and business stakeholders.
• Provide security architecture consultation for new tech initiatives and vendors.
• Support customer security reviews and third-party due diligence.
