Ladders is seeking an Underwriter Cyber to evaluate cyber risk, build profitable portfolios, and support new and renewal business in a fast-paced specialty insurance environment. You will collaborate with producers to gather information, structure coverage, and deliver timely underwriting decisions that align with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, or related field required/preferred.
• CPCU or AU certifications are advantageous for career progression.
• 0–5 years of underwriting experience.
• Solid understanding of underwriting principles and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Curate a profitable portfolio in line with underwriting guidelines.
• Evaluate and classify risks to establish coverage standards.
• Achieve premium income goals for new and renewal business.
• Foster relationships with producers and gather information for quoting and binding.
• Generate and manage underwriting correspondence.
• Stay updated on market dynamics and communicate insights to the team.
