Job summary

Resilience, a cybersecurity and cyber risk underwriting leader, seeks a Junior Underwriter for a remote role based in the Dallas, TX area. You will own a renewal book of Cyber and Tech E&O, combine security telemetry with underwriting, and collaborate with in-house security teams to deliver value to clients.

In six months, you will drive retention and rate adequacy, grow broker relationships, and begin incorporating security signals into pricing decisions, shaping client engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven underwriting or broking experience in cyber and/or professional liability.
• Solid working knowledge of cyber insurance markets and coverage forms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a book independently and know when to escalate.
• Technical fluency in G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive retention and rate adequacy across renewal book of Cyber and Tech E&O accounts.
• Own and grow broker relationships, acting as a professional partner.
• Incorporate security and technology signals into risk evaluation and pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with security and technology teams to shape client engagement strategies.
• Take on new business submissions within assigned authority.
• Aggressively contribute to territory growth goals.
