OCH Technologies, LLC is actively seeking a Cybersecurity Threat Hunter to support a Defense Logistics Agency program. This remote role requires a strong background in threat intelligence, incident response, and hunting across diverse operating systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university.
• At least five years in Threat Intelligence, Cybersecurity Incident Response, Penetration Testing, Reverse Engineering, or Digital Forensics.
• Three years analyzing adversary TTPs across the attack lifecycle.
• Experience across multiple operating systems and environments.
• Experience working with large datasets to identify trends and threats.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and scripting languages (Splunk, Python, PowerShell).
• Ability to translate threat intelligence into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and its application to threat detection, analysis, and hunting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunts for threats undetected within the network and investigates unusual behavior.
• Analyzes raw log and network data with Threat Detection and Incident Response to generate hunting leads.
• Cross-references enterprise trends with current threat intelligence.
• Identifies mitigations for key vulnerabilities and leads analysis if an APT is identified.
• Develops threat hunting strategies to improve detection capabilities.
• Builds hunting tools and automation; performs incident response for critical security incidents.
