BairesDev, a leader in technology projects for 15+ years, is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst. You will monitor, detect, and respond to threats while strengthening the organization’s security posture through proactive risk management.

This 100% remote role offers competitive USD compensation, flexible hours, and the chance to collaborate with the global Top 1% of security talent. You will work with SIEM, vulnerability management, incident response, and security governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cybersecurity or information security roles.
• Proficient with SIEM tools and EDR solutions.
• Experience with vulnerability management and incident response.
• Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, and security architecture.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS frameworks.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Proficient in English (intermediate to advanced).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM and security tools.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation.
• Implement and maintain security controls and policies.
• Perform risk assessments and security audits.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
