Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer (Manager level) to lead delivery of AI-enabled cybersecurity solutions. You’ll deploy AI workflows, mentor consultants, and collaborate with frontier model providers to transform deployment insights into actionable engineering requirements.

You’ll balance hands-on engineering with client-facing leadership, manage timelines and budgets, and contribute to proposals and demonstrations for growth across EY’s cyber AI practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML deployment.
• Hands-on software engineering and 1–2 years building or deploying AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, vulnerability analysis and remediation support.
• Own technical delivery, workstreams, timelines and budgets while mentoring teams and staying hands-on.
• Partner with frontier model providers and researchers to translate deployment findings into engineering requirements.
