Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager-level Cyber AI Engineer to lead delivery of frontier AI solutions for cybersecurity challenges. You will deploy AI workflows, supervise teams, and ensure production readiness from prototype to deployment.

You will collaborate with client security and engineering teams, manage timelines and budgets, and stay hands-on through architecture, reviews, and troubleshooting. Travel is expected 25–50% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree with 4+ years.
• Hands-on software engineering experience and 1–2 years building/deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery, workstreams, timelines, and budgets while mentoring senior consultants and consultants.
• Architect, pair program, perform code reviews, and troubleshoot integration with frontier AI models.
• Collaborate with frontier model providers, translate findings into engineering requirements, and contribute to proposals and demos.
