Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer at the Manager level to lead delivery of frontier AI cybersecurity solutions. You will bridge hands-on engineering with project leadership, deploying AI workflows from prototype to production for client engagements.

You will mentor consultants, collaborate with frontier model providers, and contribute to proposals, demonstrations, and repeatable delivery playbooks while traveling 25–50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with 5+ years hands-on software engineering and AI/ML deployment experience.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery, workstreams, timelines, and budgets.
• Mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants while staying hands-on with architecture, pair programming, and reviews.
• Partner with frontier model providers and researchers to evaluate capabilities and translate findings into engineering requirements.
• Support proposals, demonstrations, thought leadership, and account growth.
