Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer (Manager level) to lead delivery of frontier AI-powered cybersecurity solutions—from prototype to production—working with client security and EY teams.

You will own workstreams, timelines and budgets, mentor consultants, and stay hands-on with architecture while collaborating with frontier model providers to drive engineering requirements and scalable delivery. Travel 25–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of hands-on software engineering.
• Experience building or deploying AI/ML solutions in cybersecurity and leading client-facing delivery.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery, workstreams, timelines and budgets while mentoring consultants.
• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering and remediation support.
• Collaborate with frontier model providers and researchers to translate findings into engineering requirements.
• Support proposals, demonstrations, and account growth; develop reusable delivery playbooks.
