Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. The role will envision, design, and prototype positive customer interactions, create journey maps, ideation, and facilitated events to elevate CX.

Identifying stakeholders is critical, and you will lead visionary and prototyping activity. You will participate in strategic planning for the CX/DX department, collaborate with business leaders on vision, and help develop long-term product strategies and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in customer experience.
• Experience researching trends and documenting results.
• Experience leading VoC at an enterprise level.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and prioritize emerging experience trends.
• Collaborate with business leaders on vision and value statements.
• Assist in creating long-term product strategies and roadmaps.
• Document customer journeys and experience artifacts.
• Conduct experience tests to validate new features.
• Lead design thinking events and engage stakeholders regularly.
• Champion the voice of the customer across product portfolios.
• Apply agile EBM methodology and track measures.
