Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to envision, design, and prototype positive customer interactions. You will lead journey maps, ideation events, and stakeholder engagement to elevate the CX program.

The role emphasizes strategic planning and implementing CX initiatives across multiple product lines. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of CX experience, healthcare industry awareness, and a track record of leading VoC efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technology field or equivalent work experience.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in customer experience.
• Experience researching trends and interviewing stakeholders.
• Experience leading VoC initiatives at an enterprise level.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices, HIPAA, and data privacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize experience trends and emerging experience opportunities.
• Collaborate with business leaders on pre-project vision and value statements.
• Assist in creating long-term product strategies and roadmaps owned by other units.
• Lead ideation and design thinking events to drive innovation.
• Document customer journey maps and experience artifacts.
• Research competitors/partners and document findings.
• Represent the voice of the customer (VoC) across a product portfolio.
• Conduct experience tests to validate new features and improvements.
