Job summary

Terrybear, LLC is seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to support customers through the order process, resolve questions, and maintain accurate account information. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Personalization, Operations, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from order entry to delivery.

This is a remote role with monthly on-site meetings and a strong benefits package. Required: Associate’s degree or equivalent, 1+ year in customer service, excellent

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Process customer orders accurately through delivery.
• Respond to questions and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Process credits, returns, and order adjustments.
• Maintain accurate customer account information and documentation.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on customer activity.
