Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a Customs Documentation Coordinator to coordinate entry paperwork for importers and ensure accurate classification for customs release. You will process various import-related documents and provide high-level customer service.

The role requires at least a HS diploma or GED, strong data-entry skills, and the ability to work with multiple systems. Training is provided; remote role with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• No industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordination of documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods into the US.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from database, SOP's, tariff book, internet or customs.
• Data entry and processing of various import related documentation for submission to US Customs and may handle limited PGA's.
