Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Customer Systems Architect to bridge enterprise/hyperscale clients with modular data center product platforms. This remote role leads deep-dive technical discovery and translates customer needs into standardized design boundaries for CTO configurations.

You will collaborate with Sales and engineering to define interfaces, assess risks, and guide projects toward pre-engineered solutions, ensuring scalable, compliant deployments across customer sites.

Qualifications

• Power & thermal topologies across MV/LV systems including AS, UPS, and cooling.
• Controls, networking: SCADA, BMS, EMS integrations; Modbus/BACnet/SNMP familiarity.
• CAD/BIM workflow using Revit/AutoCAD/SolidWorks for space and clearance checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery workshops with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise teams to capture requirements.
• Define interface boundaries between site infrastructure and modular systems.
• Develop conceptual layouts, block diagrams, and multi-MW power architectures for CTO configurations.
