Job summary

Bloomerang is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver excellent service and day-to-day support for our nonprofit customers via email, live chat, and phone.

You will apply product knowledge, adhere to SOPs, handle approximately 25 interactions per day, and assist with training, webinars, and help documents. You will also contribute feedback to our Product team and QA processes.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
