You will deliver constructive feedback, set SMART goals, and balance hands-on issue resolution with scalable coaching. Proficiency in Zendesk, Metabase, and Amazon Connect helps you lead effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of coaching experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of customer support experience.

Responsabilités

• Coach agents with constructive feedback and SMART goals.
• Monitor QA, productivity, and attendance to maintain high standards.
• Provide ongoing training and handle escalations when needed.
• Maintain coaching logs and provide regular written feedback.
• Operate within Zendesk, Metabase, and Amazon Connect to resolve issues.
