Paydex Technologies is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver outstanding service and support to clients. You will be the liaison between customers and the company, providing timely solutions via phone, chat, and email from a fully remote US-based team.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, problem-solving, and CRM skills, with the ability to work independently in a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; a relevant degree is a plus.
• 1+ year in customer service or support, preferably tech/finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with empathy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with CRM software and remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with high service levels.
• Assist customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of products to provide accurate information.
• Document interactions in the CRM and identify trends for improvement.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
