Job summary

Paydex Technologies is seeking a Client Services Associate to be the primary contact for clients, providing guidance to ensure satisfaction with our payment solutions. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and a chance to work with a growing fintech team.

You will onboard clients, answer inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, while maintaining CRM records and staying current on product trends to continually improve the client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Proven experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably in the technology or payment processing industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions to issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Assist clients with onboarding and training on Paydex Technologies' products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to elevate and resolve client concerns effectively.
• Monitor client accounts and usage to identify opportunities for additional support or product enhancements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements to enhance client experience.
