Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) is seeking a Customer Support specialist to deliver world-class service to external customers. You will handle phone calls, generate service requests, manage email inboxes, and quote Time & Material service calls while ensuring equipment and locations are up to date.

The role requires strong written communication, multitasking, and the ability to troubleshoot with customers remotely.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2-5 years of related customer service experience.
• Substantial experience in providing over-the-phone support.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer external customer phone calls and generate service requests.
• Manage shared customer email inboxes with timely communication.
• Ensure locations and payment are up to date and customer is ready to receive service.
• Ability to quote Time & Material service calls.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve equipment issues over the phone and via other technologies.
• Other duties as assigned by Dispatch Operations leadership.
