Reqroute, Inc. is seeking a friendly, patient Customer Support Specialist for a part-time, remote role. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service.

No extensive experience required. You will respond to inquiries by email, phone, or chat, keep records updated, and collaborate with the team to improve satisfaction. Training will be provided to help you learn our procedures and support tools.

Qualificações

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Customer service experience helpful but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet.

Responsabilidades

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and basic troubleshooting.
Resolve customer issues professionally or elevate complex matters to appropriate department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Process customer requests and update account information when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
