RelationalAI is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join a globally distributed team. You will learn our products, triage and resolve customer issues, and become a Subject Matter Expert for the Field Engineering team.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Product Engineering to provide fast, thorough resolutions and help evolve our support offering across the platform.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing support experience is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support cases and develop expertise in product areas.
