NoGigiddy is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support our community with genuine responses via email, chat, and social media.

This fully remote role requires no degree, but strong communication and patience are essential. You'll handle user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to our help center. Benefits include hourly pay of $16–$22/hr and paid training, with opportunities for growth into team lead roles.

Formación

• No degree required.
• Prior customer support experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage a high volume of tickets without letting things slip.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to user inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot issues related to offers and account access.
• Identify recurring issues and report patterns to the product team.
