Qualifications

• Proven experience managing or growing an online community (any platform).
• Strong written communication with a warm, authentic voice.
• Organized enough to manage multiple community channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate NoGigiddy's online community spaces.
• Respond to member questions in a timely and authentic voice.
• Create regular community content and engagement posts.
• Identify and recognize top community members.
• Collect community feedback and report insights.
