• Respond promptly and professionally to all emails, notating interactions in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure consistent communication.
• Triage third-party emails and route them to the appropriate departments.
• Support lender approvals by contacting customers for information.
• Review documents meet lender requirements.
• Gather missing information to avoid delays.
• Maintain professional communication with lenders.
