Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a dedicated renewals and retention specialist for its privacy platform, focusing on small and mid-sized business customers. You will lead conversations before renewals, ensure billing methods are up to date, and update subscriptions and invoices while keeping Salesforce records accurate.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals and retention for SMB customers.
• Engage customers ahead of renewal dates.
• Ensure billing methods are current and subscriptions/invoices updated.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records.
• Coordinate with sales and finance on upsell opportunities and contract needs.
• Assist with customer offboarding as needed.
